This is a blog about pizza, for pizza, and because of…you guessed it pizza.  There is nothing like the satisfaction and joy a classic hand tossed pizza can bring you and your family.  That is why I’ve decided to blog about it…about pizza that is.   I’ll be chronicling the goings-on in the world of pizza, recommending restaurants and recipe books, praising and lamenting my latest pizza experiences, and just generally blither-blathering about all things pizza.
